Classes are done. Alumni Ball is approaching. People are packing.
We are starting to count down the hours and days left on the MV World Odyssey. It has become of time of signing maps or journals, taking a million photos of the ship and the people, and saying goodbye. Within the past 100 days, this ship has become home and the people have become family. This ship was the only thing we knew in port, the only sign of comfort in times of turmoil or stress.
Tonight we will celebrate the end of a wonderful semester with food, dancing, and pictures. It’ll lead to a time of reminiscing, anticipation, and reentry that we will start to go through tomorrow as we pack and prepare for our post SAS endeavors, whether it be flying home the next day or traveling for a while.
Here’s to tonight,
